Terms of Service

Welcome to Omoggle. By using our website or mobile app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Omoggle is a live face-to-face rating duel service. Two players join a round, both cameras go live, and device-side scoring produces a result that updates player ratings and public rankings. Some features may require a platform account or invite code.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit display names that are offensive, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonate another person.
• Use fake, prerecorded, manipulated, or automated camera feeds, or otherwise falsify gameplay results.
• Record, redistribute, scrape, or exploit other users' live video or profile content without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or our servers.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law.

We use an automated profanity filter to reject inappropriate display names, but we may also remove names, profiles, duels, or ratings at our discretion.

4. Camera, Video, and Conduct

The Service requires access to your camera. Omoggle may use realtime video transport so matched players can see one another during a duel. Face scoring runs on your device during gameplay.

You are responsible for how you present yourself on camera and how you interact with other players. Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or exploit other people.

5. Leaderboard & User Content

When you participate in duels, your display name, ranking, duel outcomes, and related profile information may become publicly visible. By submitting that information, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it as part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Omoggle name, logo, design, software, rankings, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omoggle and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or remove access, scores, or display names at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
